Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Oversoul, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All tags and packaging must be intact. Items without tags will not be accepted.

Products should be returned in the same condition they were received in.

🧼 For hygiene reasons, worn or washed items will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process
A return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

Returns requested after the return window will not be accepted.

Return pickups may not be available in all areas. In such cases, customers are required to self-ship the product.

Return shipping charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
